The Missouri Department of Natural Resources has the Air Pollution Control Program that requires certification for anyone dealing with asbestos:

Lead Abatement

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services licenses lead abatement under its Environmental Regulations and Licensure Unit. This includes anyone dealing with lead removal or storage

Risk assessors,

Lead training providers.

Other Required License Requirements

The following trades are licensed and regulated by the Division of Professional Registration under the Missouri Department of Economic Development
