Steps to install bottom kitchen cabinets?

Current cabinets build in 1952 and do not have a backing.

New cabinets are stained, shellacked and ready to go but have a back enclosed.

Counter must be saved, 23 sq. ft should be replaced. Can we make a cement one?

How to remove the corner aluminium sink and install? And, how to install?

18" dish washer left of sink creates moisture. Fixtures are installed and permanent but we need some water resistant support frames.

And, if linoleum is not under cabinets should floor covering be installed there & and in all 42 Sq. ft. of kitchen?
