We are planning a deck installation do we need permits. We currently have a deck that will be removed.

it all depends where you live on the permit

wood decks start at $9 a sq. foot

IS DECK FLOORING OVER 18" OF THE GROUND OR RAILINGS OVER 48" HIGH?

IF NOT, MOST AREAS WONT REQUIRE IT

In most cities & state no permit is required, but I would not use wood I would use correct deck, or composite decking and you will never have to replace it again. if you have any questions about installlation or compostie vs wood give me a call 402-917-6742
