What type of paneling is this, and the cause for warping?

I obtained a property which is an older mobile home with an addition built on the side. The addition has this wall paneling installed that is warping throuhgout the entire room. There are not any leaks from the metal roof. But I was informed that this is asbestos siding. I provided a couple photos, could someone shed some light on the type of material this paneling is? Also, what could cause the paneling to warp like this, condensation? I didn't see any water stains to the paneling.
