I hired Carlos via Thumbtack in December 2016 to build 9 radiator covers for me.
After I paid him a $700 deposit, Carlos kept cancelling appointments. Over 3 months later, I only recieved 4 radiators and he ignores my texts/phone calls.
Do not hire him; he is unreliable and a thief.
