CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Our contract was signed on October 14, 2012. Ninety five percent of the job was completed on March 1, 2013. It took him close to 5 months to completed this 2 small bedroom condominium. Because of this length of time, we lost rental income. We may consider suing him for the loss of income. My husband had to do the clean up of the place and touched up a lot of work like painting of the closet walls and floors, and etc. My husband had to pick up the siding for the kitchen cabinet, and one of the doors and other stuff because he was tired of waiting. He promised a million times to complete it but he did not. He does not know how to manage his time and just does not care. He should learn to respect people's time. He just wants his quick money and then forgets what he has promised. It is too bad. We thought he is a real professional. He is good if you need him to complete a small job for one year. The reviews by other people are true.

In one word, i would say for him is CROOK.... Be aware with this LIAR. Carlos never work for you. The guy always talk big. He collect his 50% deposit when you sign the contract, but you will never get your work done. He keeps lying you like i am busy with somebody funeral, my wife is sick, my kids are hospitalized... he gives you million of excuses for not being show up on your schedule work date. He keep lying and lying. In my case I got lucky to get my 50% deposit money back. I found this crook Carlos from Service Magic. i filed the complaint against Carlos and Service magic people were very nice to get my 50% deposit back.. If you are reading this review and still thinking to hire this guy, it would be fulish thing to lost money...rather give the money in charity. but don't trust this guy.. Never Ever!

We had Carlos install closets in our master bedroom. We were initially skeptical after reading the reviews on this site, but in the end we went with our gut and hired him. Carlos did a great job on our closets - they are beautiful. They are custom-built and great quality. He also gave us a price that was about $1000 less than California Closets. He did a great job for us, and I would consider using him again for other work.

We too were lured by The owner Mr. Carlos Garcia.

He quoted us a low price, took down 50%. Months went by. He never did our kitchen work.

In the beginning he would call back and change dates continously then one day he just told us he can't do our kithchen.

And he can't pay us back either. I have never been so upset and frustrated before. Please, please stay away from this contractor.

BEWARE! Carlos Garcia will take your 50% deposit and will come up with many different excuses afterwards and in the end only delivers 25% of the job contract. It was good in the beginning and then comes the excuses and promises of coming back to finish the job. Then one weekend he did come back but that was because I said I was going to give him money (as an incentive for him to finish the job). I am now left with a job that's not quite half completed and that is after waiting over 5 months! We signed the contract before Thanksgiving 2010 and last Friday, ironically on April Fool's Day, he terminated our contract over the phone just because I refused to give him any more money unless he completes the job, granted it would only take "a couple of days" for him to do. He later rescinded after I contacted a company that gives him jobs. Then just before the day he (again) promised to return, he had the audacity to accuse me of being not interested anymore and making arrangements with other contractors behind his back! I don't know what his motives are but he definitely took me for a long ride along with my hard-earned money. In another website, he has his own wife write a positive review of his work. The pictures shown there are too good to believe for the kind of workmanship I got.
