Leaking Fixtures

All my bathroom fixtures are leaking--in the tubs and sinks. I'm pretty sure they haven't been changed since the house was built in 1983. I am wondering if there is a way to fix the leaks, or if I actually have to replace all the fixtures? They don't look distressed or anything--they just leak. When I go to turn them off I have to use both hands and even then there is a steady drip. Is there anything I can do about it?

anything to do with water will deal with rubbers. check if the rubber components inside cracked. usually in some joint place and some opening part.
