We are trying to prepare our home for sale and want to update our kitchen without spending over 1k. Its a average size kitchen with new black appliances. Can anyone suggest little things we can do to improve the overall appearance.

e-mail some pictures of flooring, cabinets,faucet,light fixures. depending on size if floor covering is needed it would be one of the most expensive things. other self installed items might fit buget. send to:

hmm i think you need to those floorings maintenance and fixing and those dining table fixing (if attached) as well. the sink and the stove will be important as well.
