Had them out april 2018 to fix furnace that was not working. Took 4 visits by them to get it working. Part they put in supposed to have one year guarantee. Part is making a noise again called them out. They came out and looked at unit told me the filter needed to be replaced. (it is not anywhere near the part making the noise.) Replaced filter with one of mine sent a bill for a service call and I still have the noise. Not going to call them ever again unless the part in question totally gives up before april 2019
