Spartan Fence Company

Gary Gardner received $2730.00 as a deposit in June. When the company didn’t show up I cancelled the job and asked for my deposit back. He has not and has no intention of returning this deposit. There have been so many phone calls, text messages and lies about returning money from his bank. This person is a scam and his company is not a business. He owes $2730.00 back for not showing up for the job. I am not able to contact another company due to the fraud of this company.

We hired Spartan Fence company in the mid of Feb to start our project March 7th, contract was payed in full prior to start date. Not only did they not start a week after original start date, they took a week to complete what they did "get done:, they tore up our neighbors fences on the east and west side with out their or my permission was not in the contract, they left broken tools and trash in our yard, they refused to refund us the amount they promised us for the deboccal, now they have blocked us on social media and phone from being able to contact them.

Gave a check directly to the owner, Gary Gardner, on 9.1.2020. The check cleared 2 days later. We were told 3-4 weeks, and maybe earlier. Then no contact from him for over 6 weeks. We asked for our money back and he said his bank would have to send it. Nothing. It's now been over 8 months, with excuses and broken promises (he only reached out after posting negative coments on his facebook page), with no fence and no money back. Avoid at ALL COSTS.
