Gill and his crew poured a concrete patio and walkways on my property. Faulty workmanship was noticed that same day shortly after the crew left. I immediately took pictures and e-mailed them to Gill who promised me he would repair all the problems.
Although I called Gill and his wife Gertrude several times, and although they both assured me that they were honorable people and that they would make the job right (especially for me because I was one of the nicest people they ever worked with), they stopped taking my calls and now, 2 years later, I am left with crumbling edges on my walkways.
