About Northern Star Construction: ***We are a tightly knit and well-trained crew of about 7-11 men who all have been schooled In all areas of home building and light commercial construction. The owner, Tom Carluccio has been working in the trades for the past 26 years and has been working in the Minneapolis area for the past 12 years as a carpenter, painter and building contractor. Besides his experience in the building trades, he has gone thru extensive studies and experience in communication and human relationship consulting. The core of the crew has been together for the past 7 years.
Our commitment is to do complete work with a style to meet our customer s needs and desires and at the same time to attempt to work within their budget. We work very closely with our customers on their design and costs to have the projects work for everyone involved. We will see your project from beginning to end and this enables us to catch many problems before they arise.
Both Tom and his crew have structurally designed most all of their projects and have worked very closely in designing the finishing's with their customers to produce a result that is above satisfaction. We are backed up by a core of sub-contractors, who are available as we need them. We use them for their expertise and have been working with the same ones over the past four years.
Finally, you will find that no matter whom you work with in conjunction with our company that you will always get above and beyond, when it comes to friendly and courteous service. You are able to trust us with, not only your project, but also your home, your family, and your belongings.
For the past two and a half years northern star construction has been the contractor for the bathroom renovation and the kitchen renovation television shows which air each week on the DIY channel.
-These shows were produced in the Minneapolis area by Edelman Productions and can be viewed well into the 2009 season.
-We were responsible for the design, construction and the projects quality completion. We also acted as consultants to both the production company and the home owners.
