Areas not tuckpointed are not guaranteed and susceptible to future cracking. Solid (complete) tuckpointing is guaranteed for 5 years against cracking, chipping or popping unless there is still movement or settling of the masonry facade. Caulking is guaranteed for 3 years against peeling, delaminating or cracking. Brick replacement is guaranteed for 5 years only on actual bricks replaced by North Shore. Future spalling or defacing of brick not replaced by North Shore is not included. Lintel replacement is guaranteed for 5 years against bowing or corroding.
