We've guaranteed all of our work for the first year on all installations outside of regular/basic lawn maintenance or basic installations. We meet personally with the customer before even giving an estimate/bid. From there we keep in contact from day one to the last day. Skilled and detailed work is not quick so we inform the customer of everyday work and estimated time frame work is to be completed with their approval.
