4. Client pays for materials directly. Use Dave's sources and get contractor rates guaranteed. We pass the savings on to you.
5. Unless you add to the project, we don't go above our estimate. Some contractors get their "foot in the door" with a lower estimate, then hit you
with a much higher final bill with excuses.
