HORRIBLE Business! IN BAD STANDING WITH STATE OF KENTUCKY SECRETARY OF STATE! Paid them over 28k and failed to finish the work. Came back a month later saying we owed another 40k. The insurance estimate went from 2800.00 to 33k in two months. They filed a lien on our home and falsified information as well as committing perjury on the notarized documents. KRS statutes state that if a person has paid a contractor even one dollar they cannot file, the limit is within 75 days, and if you did not complete the work it cannot be filed. Guess what? They failed on all accounts. Now we are suing for fraud, breach of a contract we didn't get asked to sign, pain and suffering of a disabled vet (their felon workers were seen stealing his service dog, yeah I said it and the neighbors saw them in middle C shirts in the same truck that sat at our house for 3 months.)
We had to hire Professional Properties a REAL mold remediation company... Give them a call they are great. They don't cause fire hazards or leaky roofs like Middle C will do because they aren't really certified in anything including their "go green" babble.

This contractor does not stand behind their work, they will not make repairs to things they damage, and if something goes wrong with anything they do, they will tell you it doesn't fall under their warranty. WASTE of money. You are better off getting a contractor referred by your insurance company to make sure they are actually credible and won't rip you off, because these guys will.
Beware they will jack up or change the price once they complete the work and guilt you into thinking they are honest Christians. NO SO!
