Maurice Neverson - General Contractor. Avoid At All Cost.
Mr. Neverson is a deceptively friendly individual and a licensed contractor. However, if you are looking for a timely, complete, professionally finished job, I would not recommend this person for the following reasons:
1. Extremely slow ... ten day job has taken over 2 months and never completed;
2. Costs are likely to balloon to double the initial quote;
3. Poor communication;
4. Poor equipment;
5. Constant excuses unrelated to the work at hand (i.e. vehicle brakes failing, etc.);
6. Blames others for his lack of professionalism;
7. Does not follow up;
8. Work can be shoddy;
9. Leaves a mess.
