Used Jay for some very small project and overall were pleased, so we trusted him with a much larger job. He had the best ideas for cabinet and kichen redesign.
Then when gave Some demo work was done on the kitchen, (which we paid for), but the problem started after we gave him a $8,000 deposit for but the cabinets. We never got the cabinets or our money back. Still waiting for resolve. We are devastated as it has been over 7 months. Now in court situation. Jay has always been courteous, but that doesn't take the sting out of trusting him to do the right thing and refunding out money. We are still hoping some compromise can be made and if so we will post a more positive review.

Absolute nightmare! Run away!!! Failed to deliver completed product. Structure failed building inspection. Jay still has my $money$... and only a PO Box!!!
