The contract was signed for roof repairs. $4,000 of the initial deposit for materials was paid to J&K. Upon cashing out the deposit, the business owner claimed that the originally agreed amount per the contract has to increase due to difficulties observed. I asked to do a patch job of the roof for $500 and return the remaining $3500. After 2 month of back and forth J&K issued a check for $3,500. I was trying to cash a check for a month, but there is never any money in the account.
