I also am a Excellent Painter(25 yrs.) because I was lucky enough to learn the right way to paint from a true Tradesman Painter, and because I care about my quality of work. I prefer : Exterior , One-story homes , window and door trim , siding, garages, etc..
I also Sell and install Replacement Windows , have been working with one Company for over 10 years . They have and excellent selection of different types of quality windows at a very fair price.
When i work with home owner's I do not have a problem with them providing their own fixture's, in fact a good percentage of my jobs the customer buys their own faucet or toilet(saves them markup cost), and I just give them a price for installing it. Like I said , " I am here to help you save money , not over spend " !
