I have 4 years experience in all phases of multiple projects from take off, bid, preparation, job reporting to the owner; working with clients, vendors, subcontractors and employees. I have strong basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.

I have experience in:

Managing day-to-day operational and equipment aspects of a project. identifying resources needed, scheduling and assigning responsibilities. Communicating job scope to subcontractors and vendors. Negotiating job cost, approving invoices; ensuring the job is complete in a timely and quality manner.

tracking and reporting team hours and expenses on a weekly basis

reviewing employees and subcontractors work and resolving issues when appropriate

managing day-to-day client interaction with the intent of fostering future business relationships

minimizing company exposure and risk on projects

mechanical aptitude for battery and charger repair

basic electrical understanding

A desire to work independently on-site at customer locations

The ability to quickly analyze and logically troubleshoot defective equipment

Perform basic testing procedures, and provide on-site team leadership

I have, had experience installing windows, selecting the proper material and method of installation, and utilization of common hand tools to measure, cut and fit various materials

Cabling experience for project installation work of cat5 cable.

Experience in all phase of Residential and Business maintenance.

I have these requirements:

20 years experience in electric, which include generators, truck docks, houses and businesses.

20 years experience in motors/ mechanics.

4 to 5 years experience in the Excavating industry

previous project management experience

a well-rounded knowledge of residential and commercial construction projects

previous experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematic drawings and layouts

ability to work independently and as a team leader

demonstrate ability to set priorities, manage and resolve issues while under multiple demands

Comments:

I have had my own company for over 20 years. I have recently just returned to Ohio from Sanibel, Florida, where I had been overseeing sub-contractors in the building of two, 30 thousand square foot concrete houses and overseeing the remodeling 5 mini shopping centers on Sanibel Island. Also included in my experience over the last 4 years, are 6 cottages and the property management of 6 personal houses for the same owners.
