Worst contractor I have ever seen. Contract reads "2 coats" but he paints barely one coat. He left all the trash behind. This guy (Ross) will not prepare or fix the surface at all. Don't trust his "contract". He will find reason to raise price by thousands in the middle of work. Don't hire him.
