I requested an estimate from Adam Pinkerton to reface my front concrete steps. He said it was a two day project. Day 1 is pressure washing and Day 2 is the refacing. After giving him 50% down, he came and did the day 1 work as promised. He left his pressure washer in my front yard and put yellow caution tape preventing anyone from using the steps. Then he never returned. Over a month later I came home to find the pressure washer finally removed but the work still not complete. He has not returned messages or phone calls so I dont expect he will return. I have opened a complaint with the BBB as well

I wanted to get my father a gift. I was going to have his garage floor, older cement, redone with an epoxy and chip procedure to bring it back to life. I found custom concrete refacing run by Adam Pinkerton. I scheduled a weekend for the job, a month in advance at least, and traveled up from Va to Pa to have the work done. This guy brought what seemed like friends to help. They did not know what to do or how to do it. The garage floor was not done properly and looked horrible. If you contact me I will give anyone specific details. This guy knew it was wrong, did not respond to emails, calls, and eventually changed/turned his phone off permanently.
DO NOT USE ADAM OR CUSTOM CONCRETE REFACING. HE RIPPED US OFF AND HE KNEW THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY FATHER. HOW COULD SOMEONE DO THIS KNOWING THE PROJECT WAS A GIFT??? HE IS A BAD CONTRACTOR.
