The full home inspection: I will inspect the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology at my disposal. 4 Point Inspection and Wind Mitigation are other common inspections that I can perform for you.
New home inspection: After your home is built, I will inspect it to confirm that the work was done properly and according to your specifications and contract, and I will help you devise a punch list for your contractor for any missing or deficient items before your official final payment.
Single System Inspection: I can perform a single system inspection. For a house system such as the roof. You can trust the results of my inspections since I am not also selling replacement systems such as HVAC and Roofs.
