Please be very careful about hiring Lance for any contractor work!!
We hired him for a deck/patio renovation job. Some of his work was substandard, didn't pass our town inspection and needed to be redone. He never finished the job, and took off with all our money!!! He was unreliable, rarely showed up to work, and rarely returned calls or emails. We tried taking him to court but he never showed for 2 appearances and we were awarded a default judgment. Now we have to try to collect...
We hope we can spare someone from the misery of the same mess we had

I will be taking lance to court. 3 piece's of the top portion of my siding feel off. thank god no one got heart. he gave me a hard time about wrapping the corners with tar paper. i had to do that myself. he subed my flat roof installation to Mike steipher and his 2 sons. I thought these guys were roofers. but they did not know what they were doing. the day after they finished i had a leak. mw bathroom ceiling was ruined. they fixed the leak by building up the roof drain with roof cement. now when it rains i have a lake on my roof.
lance was supposed to do the fiish work in my bathroom. he started the job but never came back. i had to finish the job.
now it is 1 year later and i have another leak. i can not get mike steiper or his wonderful sons to even return my calls. i called lance. he calls back and leaves messages but he said he can not get mike steipher or his son . to come and fix my roof.
so if you have work to be done. do not use lance sniatkowski or mike steiper or his son( matt j steiper )
