Everything that could go wrong with a new home did. From poorly installed floors to windows without flashing tape, missing insulation, windows not sized correctly or shimmed, oil spilled on basement floor from oil tank fill put on vent, doors out of plum, treks clips installed backwards leading to popped boards, deck bord corners split, no finish work and the list goes on… friendly at first but subs dont care and builder cares less about building a home that will last or meet nothing more than the bare minimum….builder came back several times unfortunately to not repair issues correctly and put band aids on items but refuses to fix issues the right way..multiple contractors have agreed with the issues so stay far away. would not recommend unless builder replaces subs and starts building to code/best building practices…
