I replaced every door and window in my own house. I changed out all bedroom windows for new dual-pane retrofit windows. I reframed one window to be larger than it was, and one smaller than it was. I replaced the sliding glass door, the fire-rated garage door, and the front door.

I've installed, replaced, and repaired many water heaters in my 10 years of commercial plumbing. Small under-counter instantaneous water heater, residential gas and electric tank-type water heaters, and larger models for commercial applications.

I worked exclusively as a commercial plumber for ten years and I handled the majority of "setting finish" (fixture installation) for our crew. I've installed more plumbing fixtures than possible to count, and all of them required caulking.

I installed 1,300sq ft of laminate flooring at my own residence three times during the course of my 16 years living there, and have installed multiple sheet vinyl floors now at both my own residence and for customers.

Aside from renovating my own home, I maintained my father-in-law's 6 unit apartment building. Now, in Idaho, I work for our own landlord, helping him maintain his other properties.

I have experience building and installing wood fencing and gates at both residential homes and apartment buildings. I also completely fenced in my own yard with a good-neighbor cedar fence.

I've assembled several yard sheds for myself and for customers over the years.
