This company once did a main line repair at a previous home, and one snaking of my laundry drainpipe at my current home (which did not correct the problem) . I needed some major work done at my new home so I thought I would check with them. I wanted a thankless water heater, laundry drainpipe replaced and copper re-pipe work to be done. I set an appointment with William to come to my home for an estimate. He said he would be the one I would see. The day of the appointment, no body came or called to say they could not keep the appointment. This would be a lot of work for the company and they did not think enough about me to call with a change of plans. I was very upset because I had to make arrangements with my 83yr old mother to babysit my grandchildren so I could stay home and wait for William. I will not be using this company, this lack of concern is a reflection of how they do the work.
