Stay Away!
After years of doing business with this company, I am soo relieved that the relationship is over. The owner, Terry, is a good enough guy and personally does adequate work. However, he has no admin ability so you never know when the work will get done and he will send people to your location without warning. With his lack of administration, agreed prices and work change throughout the project. In the past a job was quoted to me at $1,500 then I received a bill for $2,800!!! Terry, is always complaining about how hard his life is and how many money issues he has, meanwhile he lives in a fully updated $500k+ house. He is constantly scheming about how he can get richer quicker, all while inflating charges after quoting low to win business. As a final straw, I contracted Terry’s business to do some hail repair in 2015 and it took him until December of 2017 to finish repairs. The work was soo shoddy that I had to get other contractors to come redo the work and finish out what his company failed to do. When I brought the issues to his attention, he immediately whined about how he lost money on the job and that I should cover his losses that our insurance didn’t cover. There is no reason someone at his level shouldn’t be able to bid jobs accurately, so to me he must be doing it as a part of a scam against his customers!

We have owned our home for over 20 years and have undertaken many remodeling projects. But thanks to ACC Home Improvement this project was by far the easiest project of all. They are committed to completing the work on time and at the level of quality promised. From design work to demolition to final completion, they stayed on schedule and finished the remodel on time.
