Get Your Inspections Done Early!

Just a note to remind home buyers to have home inspection, pest inspection, etc. done early enough that it won't get too close to closing and cause stress.
Luckily we had these things done early and the sellers agreed to fix the things that came up on the inspection report. Any closer to closing day and it would have gotten terribly stressful.

That's a very good point. Katharina. Many home buyers get into a lot of financial trouble when they don't get enough thorough inspections. Also make sure to get the best inspector you can and don't hesitate to get a second opinion. Skimping on this part can cost you in the future.
