window frame leak

I own a 4th floor condo unit in the West Loop area of Chicago, zip 60607.
The problem:
I have 12 foot floor-to-ceiling/wall-to-wall windows. Water is leaking around window frame where it meets the foundation due to poor construction/installation from developer. If you don't service this area, do have any recommendations on contacts to complete this type of repair?
