My garage door is having issues closing. I can open the door without any problems; however when it comes to closing the door, it will go halfway than reopen. I have sprayed everything possible with WD-40, unplugged the main unit, checked the sensors, and checked the tracks as best as I could. After unplugging the door, I was able to close the door further but still with not close. I have to manually close the door.
In addition, I am also having problems setting the remotes to the garage door.
Thank you for your time.

Adam as far as setting the remotes that can be a real pain in the butt. I had to contact the manufacture for help on setting mine. It seems if you have an older opener it will not support the newer remotes. Email your manufacturer of your opener and they will tell you how many and what type of remotes it will support.
I wish I could help with your other problem be I can not. Good luck and I hope this helps.
