If this is something you want to do yourself, probably the easiest thing you can use is Benjamin Moore Matt finish which has a flat finish and is washable. you could also use oil based paint which is more durable, abd will be washable as well but it's never a pleasure to do it yourself, and it's hard to paint with it.

The best way to do it would be to take the doors to a wood shop which specializes in spray paints, they have a special paint that give durable and beautiful finishes. It will be the most costly way but will guarantee best results.

Don't use a flat paint, use a satin paint and primer, with 4 ounces of Flo paint additive, you will be happy with the results, and you will be able to wipe them clean when you want.5
