What size wall studs with water lines is required in the state of Florida?

I am adding a bathroom to the garage area. I need to know what size the studs of the wall carrying water lines need to be, 2x4 or 2x6?

2 x 6 is more desirable if waste lines are needed but, 2 x 4 is within code.
