i'm not a plumber but my money would be your copper water lines are corruded with lime. My guess you will need to replace them
Hi There are a few things that come to mind and simple to tell. Is it hot and cold water? Is there shut offs? If its the sinks check the screens. I am a plumber you can call me and i can try to walk you thru this 207-453-1358
