Indoor Hot Tub Room

Room in basement with a hot tub, currently room is studs only. Original drywall was poorly installed so was removed, looking for guidance on what kind of material to put up and what kind of contractor to look for. Renovation will include walls and ceiling. Hot tub is large and in middle of room can't remove.
