Viney plants

I have a really unattractive but useful fence in my backyard and I am looking to plant some viney plant variety on it that will cover it up a little, and give the back yard a sort of charming English Garden look.

I was going to plant morning glory, but someone told me it is poisonous to animals.

Any suggestions for alternatives? I'd prefer one that has flowers on it.

Have you tried one of the commonest ones, Vinca minor, also called "periwinkle". Vinca grows in a viney fashion with glossy green leaves with a blue flower

appearing in spring.

i think morning glory aren't poisonous. in fact it was never use as a poison material. if it is, i think the pet saving team would had ask others to remove morning glories apart from some plant garden.
