1978 home, complete subgrade basement leaking. 1 wall settling. I bought land next to me so I now have the elevation to place drain tiles to daylight. Excavating to footer, placing drain tile.
What is the best and most cost effective coating/sealer to waterproof before backfilling.
I never want to have this problem again but also don't want to spend more on the subgrade sealer than the house is worth.
