Zeus Plumbing

I was forced to use Zeus because of my home warranty... NEVER AGAIN!! I reported an issue on a Monday and they couldn't get me scheduled to see someone until Friday. Friday rolls around and at 4:30 pm the plumber shows. He tells me I'll be rescheduled for Monday. I called the 24 hour service line Sunday night because I hadn't yet received a scheduling confirmation. Next morning (Monday... one week after my initial call) I get put on the books for Tuesday 8-5 via email.

Tuesday morning comes and goes so I phoned the office. Bre answered and REFUSED to transfer me to a manager despite literally asking her four times. I finally hung up, called back, spoke to a different woman who finally transferred me to the office manager Sylvia. She wasn't apologetic, admitted they were understaffed, and told me she would see what the hold up was.

Plumber doesn't arrive until 2:30pm on Tuesday... 8 days after my initial call. Looks at the leak the spends, I'm not even joking, three and a half hours sitting in his truck on hold with home warranty company (I should have been a plumber so I could sit around too). Then leaves for the day with no news on home warranty and no fix for my leak.

I had a reputable company come out two days later and tell me I had water damage, stopped the leak in 45 minutes, and act professionally. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give no stars.

The name of our technician was "Will". He was very pleasant and professional. He also talked our home warrant compsay into replacing our hot water tank with a superior well known name brand. Thank you!
