Unique Remodeling

I loved it! His prices were so fair and reasonable. He's not lying when he says he cares. I felt like I had a friend working with me. When there was something that I wanted done, he would do it with exceptions to unsafe or improper procedures. His advice was sound. My house went from a 1 to a 10 once they were done. They were funny, laughing, and enjoying themselves while getting the job done. Can't complain. Good work.

Unique remodeling helped us sell our house for a much higher price, because he painted inside and out, tiled kitchen and bathroom. Put in Windows, doors, ceiling fans, painted porch. Did quality work for a great price. He recently put up a metal fence in on our back yard. We recommend him to everybody.

Before hiring Unique Remodeling we took estimates from several contractors in the area and due to timing issues we trusted our remodeling to Unique Remodeling. We are extremely pleased with all the work they did for us. They completed all work as promised and on time.

Completed remodeling our first bathroom. Came out really nice look. Took a number of trips to complete the process. When we tried to use the shower, the head was broken. When asked they informed us that it must have been the contractor they hired. Later had to go under the house and found a lot of residual scraps had been left under the house, really messy. We later decided to try and hire them to do another job. This one was also done with the same care initially. In checking the work, found that a toilet was broken. Was not notified and no effort was given to reimburse us for this damage. Dismissed the workers and will not call them back.
