Despite the beautiful product lines and friendly nature of the consultants, dealing with this company was the worst experience ever. The measurements taken for our renovation were incorrect and we were promised products that were unavailable. Upon encountering all the difficulties that their own incompetence created,
Timeless simply abondoned the project, and stopped returning all of our telephone calls, avoiding us and leaving the project uncompleted. We needed to hire another contractor to complete the job, and were informed by them that the work that was already done by Timeless had been largely installed poorly or incorrectly. Avoid this design center at all costs.
