There are contractors who are great on paper getting permits, putting together pickup teams of subcontractors, leaving their office for the work site only when it's time to get a contract signed or pick up a check from the homeowner. And there are tract builders who mass-produce dozens of cookie-cutter homes, rushing through each one. I'm proud to be neither of those. Ever since I graduated from high school, I've been building houses inside and out, from the ground up. I've learned, hands-on, how to do what needs to be done, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. I give detailed estimates on every job, so you know exactly what you're getting. Along with schedules in advance that work with yours, so you know when you'll be getting it. We've been working with our crews for many years, have long-standing relationships with them, and know from experience that they'll do the work they're supposed to, do it to high quality and finish it on time (and I'm right there with them every day, making sure of that). And we take pride in being custom home builders.. We'll help you make your new home truly yours, with your taste, your lifestyle and your convenience and amenities built in from helping you find a lot to referring a draftsman for your plans to securing the permits and doing the engineering work to completely building the house itself to your satisfaction. I take every job personally and take pride in the work we do on each and every project. So when I give you time and costs up front, you can be sure I'm making a promise I can keep (not empty promises just to get the job).
