Our projects consist mainly of large apartment communities, religious institutions, thousands of residential properties managed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as well as private management companies like Western National Group who manage over 19,000 residential units, valued at over $3 billion & annual revenues exceeding $260 million. Almost all of our business is repeat business, so we devote less time promoting ourselves to gain new clients and more time servicing our existing clients needs. Moreover, most of our existing clients are corporations.
We also work with local rental companies, like WSR in Riverside, repairing single & multi-family dwellings for new tenants. Our crews are more than experienced with residential renovations as well as the need to complete projects on a fast tracked or compressed schedule.
