We hired Frank to redo our kitchen floors and install a cabinet. Frank delayed our job multiple times over several weeks. Sometimes we didn't find out about the delay until we called him the day before. It was very inconvenient because we'd done a lot to prepare for the work and had materials piled around.
The floor was done well. But he was very rushed at the end and permanently damaged a beautiful handmade cabinet. He made several other careless mistakes on simple tasks, like forgetting the placement of an appliance that led to pipes not fitting as they should have.
