Attention Please I did not hire Jamal Shaw, I hire Bertdell Shaw from the same Company. This review is for Bertdell Shaw who is listed as the owner of Shaw Contracting IInc. Jamal was introduced as his nephew.
Shaw was hired to perform home renovation at a property in North Philadelphia. Two contracts were signed with Bertdell Shaw. The service he provided was inferior. He misrepresented himself. He could not perform any of the jobs he indicated he would provide and he refuses to respond to the Better Business Bureau. I am waitng to hear from the Attorney General office because he is being sued.
Bertdell Shaw installed a BR exhaust fan that doesnot vent to anywhere. He embedded a window in the window frame and damaged the window sill. He hanged upper kitchen cabinets not within industry guideline. He installed a ceramic floor without defined groutline spacing and many of the tiles have cracked. He hanged a door on only one hinges. All plumbing pipes are leaking. He left sections of one bedroom wall , lining room wall and dining room wall unfinish. He was fired at 11 weeks from a 4 to 5 week job.
