Single Custom Homes & Remodeling At San Diego’s Best Window Company, we are proud of the quality and workmanship of our windows and doors and offer you the following Full Lifetime Warranty on our products for materials and labor from date of purchase with no additional cost. San Diego’s Best Window Company and doors, when installed in your new custom home* or replacement/remodeling application, are warranted to be free of any defects in the materials that may affect their performance in normal use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser for as long as they own and occupy their home. *Note: This warranty does not cover windows and doors that are sold for the following: multifamily housing, commercial building or any type of new construction in tract housing. These products used in these installations will be warranted for ten (10) years from the original purchase date of product. Frame: Lifetime San Diego’s Best Window Company warrants that vinyl sash and frame members will be free from defects, for example peeling, blistering, crackling, and flaking. Note: Painted finish on vinyl and the finish on aluminum is limited to ten (10) years only. Glass: Lifetime San Diego’s Best Window Company warranty insulated glass will not develop a build up of moisture between panes of glass.
