This company was hired to perform a bathroom remodel for me. The first lesson I learned is this company does not have it's own subcontractors so my project was delayed as I had to work around the schedule of the multiple subcontractors. With this being the case it is hard to know who to contact if there is a problem. The drywall work is subpar when the sun shines on the wall you can see the drywall tape is not properly blended into the existing wall. Also after I painted the new and old wall I can look down the wall see swirls from the plaster. The finish work of this company is less than desirable for the communities they claim to do work in. I will not be recommending this company to anyone that asks about who performed my remodel work. I have called the owner of the company multiple times to get some finish work resolved after the the final payment was made but he will not call me after he told me two different times he would be coming back to fix the issues. Bad Customer service and I do not want others to have to experience what I have with this company.

Rosewood Remodeling came in and gutted my existing house and replaced all the bathrooms, and flooring and kitchen cabinets. Wood floors in the living room and dining area, ceramic tile on floors in kitchen, foyer, 3 bathrooms and laundry area. Granite countertop in kitchen and new doorways. We went from shabby to stunning in two weeks. I'd recommend them for any project you might have.
