Perform repair or general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, and painting tasks.

Repair or replace bathroom, faucets, bathroom lighting, bathroom sinks, shower stalls and pans toilet, and toilet seats.

Planting bushes, trees, sod, and edging, fertilize, trimming, fertilizing, watering, and mulching lawns and grounds. Rake and mulch leaves, clear snow from walkways and parking lots.

Clean buildings; and keep parking lots, picnic areas, and other public spaces free of litter.

Repair or replace refrigerate, stove, kitchen sinks, kitchen cabinets, garbage disposal, plumber work, washer and dryer.

Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, buildings, and/or other structures, using brushes, spray guns, or rollers.

Replace or repair broken window, window frame, exterior shutters, window treatments and blinds

Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.

Repair or replace hardwood flooring, laminate flooring, and tile.

Remove, clean or repair carpet, patio doors, screen doors, paint walls, insulation, base boards, wall lighting, moulding, electrical wiring.

Repairing door hinges, ceiling fans, changing filters on ventilating, heating, and air conditioning units.

The grounds are reviewed for drainage issues, while the building is inspected for freezing and wind damage. The property will be weatherized by closing vents, stocking snow removal supplies and covering outside faucets.

Perform repairs, replace or the adjustment of locks on doors, closets, door knobs and cabinets. Roofing and gutters will be inspected, replaced or repaired. The roofer will determine if any work needs to be done, if the roof needs to be replaced or any other problems from an aging roof. The gutters and downspouts will be cleaned regularly and monitored for leaks.
