About 2005 Halliday Construction added a two story addition to our house. Had numerous problems finding rotted wood under drywall that should have been replaced. Also to this day have had roof leaks. Spent few thousand dollars replacing suspicious parts of roof only to have the kitchen ceiling leak as yet undetected. Didn't realize he was still in business.

Halliday Contruction Norwood. It hasnt been 10 years yet. garden window leaked son blamed it on father. The son fixed it. The siding blew off My fixed it. The roof leaked. Our addition was not attacked to the original floor boards. My husband and son fixed it. the beam was to short My husband and son.fixed it. We did not call them back because he was suppose to be in business for 30 years so if you can not do it right the first time Then you are not what you say you are. He was very sluppy .Now we are putting a smalldeck onback of house. There is rotted wood under door and siding is on top of plywood. I wood grade his company as -0.
I wood not get him to build a dog house. Then we had to tell him to remove construction trash away. My son had other issues to repair.

Bob Halliday has proven to be an experienced and dependable contractor for our addition project. He had a lot of experience in the area and it was easy to see the products of his work. His estimate came in exactly where we were budgeting for and was willing to work to meet our needs. My wife and I are very happy with the results and look forward to using the space for many years.
