Preston Dewitt Painting

Preston agreed to paint our home and stain our decks. Decks were never stained, paint peeling almost immediately, and no rotted wood was replaced. He did a terrible job and will not respond. Stay away.

I hired Preston to paint the exterior of a townhouse in Hidden Valley.

He finished 90 % and left me hanging for over a year and still has not finished the job.

He asked for full payment, so he could do the rest of the work but never came back.

I have called him several times, each time him promising he would get there, but did not.

Paint cans were left on the site as rubbish as well as old paint brushes used.

I would not recommend him nor consider hiring him for any future work.

Absolutely atrocious, no communication, does not stick to the time line. I hard this company to do a substantial amount of work around my home none of which was completed fully and has caused me thousands of dollars worth of damage after paying him in full. Have tried to contact him multiple times since the fact and everything has went unanswered. If I could leave negative stars I absolutely would.

Run, do not walk away from this guy! Did a lousy job on painting my house! Old marks show through paint! Caused damages never finished and asked for payments ahead of time! Once he got all the money he could he left a huge mess the second project he wasn't even supposed to start so I would fire him! I won against him in civil court. However, he is a scammer and knows you will have to pay more money to fight his appeals and you will waste more money and time than is necessary! He is nothing more than a criminal in my opinion!!!!
